Robyn Goodrich, owner of Capital Ideas Training, has been creating capital and operating budgets for 25 years.  Fifteen of those years were spent with a large California electric and gas utility and a municipal utility district, developing billion dollar ratecase presentations, developing and managing multi-million dollar , multi-year power plant operating and capital budgets, directing a large staff, and developing training programs for both budgeting and rate making

Robyn then served as CIP Manager for a city of 120,000 in California for 10 years, developing their dynamic, innovative, award-winning CIP process.  She has synthesized this experience to create a training program that offers a unique blend of practical and realistic tools and methodologies that work!

Robyn has previously provided workshop training in collaboration with the Alliance for Innovation (transformgov.org).  An additional workshop with the Alliance for the cities of Bryan and College Station, Texas is scheduled for March 28, 2008.
